Immediate implant placement has become an alluring concept in contemporary practice for obvious reasons of reestablishment of function and aesthetics. However, proper risk assessment addressing diagnostic, surgical, and restorative aspects seems mandatory to avoid advanced midfacial recession and inesthetic aspect.**Achieving successful outcomes depends on multiple variables. These include morphology and dimensions of hard and soft tissues, primary stability and 3-D positioning of the implant. To evaluate clinical and esthetic outcomes of immediate implant placement protocol. Many patients were refferred for single tooth replacement in the esthetic area. After clinical, periapical and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) radiographs examination, immediate implant placement technique was performed based on residual bone socket morphology after tooth extraction.High survival rates and satisfactory aesthetic results were achieved for anterior single-tooth implants placement.A correct understanding of the indication and parameters of immediate implant placement will help clinicians in determining the appropriate treatment option and time frame for tooth extraction and implant placement to get optimal esthetic results.
